Quad / ATV in Tozeur

Solo or duo quad ride excursion, departing from the Tozeur palm grove!

Quad biking in Tozeur means traveling the vast expanses of chott El Gharsa, a vast saline depression that stretches west to the border with Algeria. It is also to discover the palm grove of Tozeur and its thousands of palm trees, the oases of Mrah Lahwar and Chemsa. This important oasis is the starting point for quad raids in the Sahara desert, but also for excursions and leisure activities around Tozeur. Our one-day excursions and quad bike rides will take you to the sites of Ong Jmel and Mos Espa, sets from the Star Wars and The English Patient films. The palm trees, numerous in the palm grove of Tozeur and on the outskirts of the city, will then be spaced out to give way to a saline depression which reaches at its deepest point, the level of 17 meters below sea level.

Our walks are with automatic quads Kymco 300cc ou 450cc, two-seat, stable, comfortable and easy to drive. Each quad ride is accompanied by one or two qualified instructors, depending on the size of your group. A reminder of the use of the quad and of safety instructions will be made prior to departure. The quad rides are organized in compliance with laws and regulations. The drivers undertake to respect the safety instructions. Young people 16 years old and more are authorised to drive; between 14 and 16 years old, driving is permitted with a guide on the same quad.
